Payment must accompany every order. Charges for sales tax will be applied where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice, as are the availability and binding of children’s trade books that accompany Center for the Collaborative Classroom (CCC) materials.

  • To pay with a purchase order: Scan your purchase order and e-mail it to clientsupport@collaborativeclassroom.org. You may also fax your purchase order to 510.842.0348 or mail it to 1001 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 110, Alameda, CA 94501.
  • To pay with a check: Download the CCC Materials Order Form. Checks must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • To pay with a credit card: Go to our online store or call 800.666.7270, option 5. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground service. Shipping and handling costs will be added to all orders. Please note that orders can ship from multiple warehouses.

Standard Ground Shipping and Handling Rates:

  • Orders under $30—add $5
  • Orders from $30 to $100—add $7
  • Orders over $100—add 8% of the materials subtotal
  • Orders over $10,000 shipping to one location—add 4% of the materials subtotal
  • Orders over $25,000 shipping to one location—free shipping
  • Orders outside the U.S.—rate varies by location, minimum $10

For expedited shipping, call 510.533.0213 between 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday (Pacific Standard Time). Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Orders

Shipping rates vary by region and weight. CCC may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any international order and limit order quantity. CCC may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing an international order. Please contact Client Support for additional information or to request a quote.
