Rhonda M. Sutton has over 30 years of experience in education. She has taught in public schools in East Harlem, New York and Stroudsburg, PA. Rhonda’s public school experience also includes elementary school principal and district supervisor of literacy. Rhonda spent 10 years in higher education, teaching undergraduate and graduate literacy courses. During this time she was Chair of the graduate Reading Program and Director of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Writing Project. She is the author of Reading Intelligence. Rhonda holds a BS in English/Elementary Education and a MA Elementary Education from Hunter College. She received her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on professional learning from Nova Southeastern University. She lives in Atlanta, GA.
