Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground service. Shipping and handling costs will be added to all orders. Please note that orders can ship from multiple warehouses.

Collaborative Classroom currently ships to the United States, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. International buyers must provide a US address for shipping, arrange exports at their own expense, and prepay via wire transfer. Collaborative Classroom may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing an international order, and may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any international order or limit the order quantity. You may return purchased products at your sole cost provided that said products are received by Center for the Collaborative Classroom within 90 days of the purchase date and in saleable condition. International orders are not eligible for return. Please contact us for the appropriate return address for your items. We will determine whether the returned product(s) is eligible for a refund and will process any applicable refund within a reasonable time following our receipt of the returned product(s).
