Addie Watson

Addie Watson joined Collaborative Classroom in 2026 as a Manager of Educational Partnerships. Addie has been in education for nearly 15 years. She started her career as a teacher before transitioning into a private school administrator role. During her time in the classroom, she primarily taught English in California, with the exception of a year in Louisiana. While studying abroad, she had the opportunity to work as an English Teaching Assistant in Paris.

For over seven of those years, Addie worked in an educational partnership role at PBLWorks. There, she built strong partnerships with schools and districts across multiple states to support their project-based learning initiatives. Throughout every stage of her career, Addie has worked to deepen students’ learning and ensure strong literacy skills to support every student’s education.

When Addie is not working with schools and districts, you can likely find her reading in either French or English, training for her next race, or visiting the Disneyland Resort with her husband, Alex.
