Dr. Lenora Forsythe is the Director of Implementation Success at Collaborative Classroom, where she leads efforts to evaluate and understand the impact of instructional materials and professional learning on students and educators. With over twenty years of experience in the field of education, Lenora is dedicated to ensuring that evidence-based practices lead to measurable success in the classroom. Her work in this role is informed by her extensive history within the organization, during which she provided professional learning, presented at national conferences, and led initiatives to advance the organization through educational proposals and pursuits.

Prior to joining Collaborative Classroom, Lenora spent ten years in elementary education, specializing as a literacy coach and teaching first and third grades. Her experience also extends to higher education, where she served for five years as an undergraduate instructor for literacy-focused elementary education courses.

Lenora earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading from the University of Central Florida (UCF), where her research focused on professional learning for elementary school literacy coaches. She also holds a Master’s degree in Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UCF.
