Jolynn Bernard

Jolynn Bernard serves as Vice President of Business Development and Sales at CollaborativeClassroom, where she leads the organization’s national sales and business development efforts. She drives growth, expands market presence, and builds high-performing sales teams focused on delivering solutions that improve literacy outcomes for students.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning K–12 education, sales, and leadership, Jolynn brings a results-driven approach grounded in deep instructional expertise. She began her career as a classroom teacher and later served as a reading interventionist and instructional literacy coach. This experience informs her ability to align instructional priorities with organizational strategy, growth, and overall impact.

In previous roles at Collaborative Classroom, she served as Director of Business Development, Senior Regional Director, and Manager of Educational Partnerships, leading national teams, scaling district partnerships, and driving measurable results. Jolynn holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and master’s degrees in Reading Education and Educational Leadership.
