Leona Hunt

Dr. Leona Hunt has experience as a school administrator, literacy coach, classroom teacher, and professional learning facilitator for districts and schools.  She received her Ed.D. in Leadership at the American College of Education, emphasizing and analyzing principals’ practices as literacy leaders.  She has extensive experience coaching teachers to maximize student learning with all programs provided in the Collaborative Literacy suite of programs. As a consultant with the Collaborative Classroom, Leona focuses on helping educators find their best next step in leveraging curriculum tools and teacher moves to accelerate student learning.
