For Educators Supporting 3- to 5- Year-Olds

Whether you are a SEEDS educator aiming to advance your career by implementing the SEEDS framework, or you are a school leader looking to empower your educators to implement and sustain SEEDS organization-wide, we have an educational pathway for you.

SEEDS of Learning Educator Certification Course
(August 2025)

This asynchronous, self-paced course is designed to prepare educators to help children develop the oral language, emergent literacy, social skills, and self regulation skills they will need for kindergarten success and beyond.

Upon completion of this 5-module course, educators will be awarded a course badge and certified as a SEEDS of Learning™ for 3- to 5-Year-Olds Educator. 

The cost of this course is $400 per educator.

Educators will need access to the SEEDS of Learning 3- to 5-Year-Olds framework materials and the Learning Portal to engage in the course activities. One SEEDS of Learning for 3- to 5- Year-Olds Educator Kit ($750) is needed per classroom. Each additional educator per classroom will need the SEEDS of Learning for 3- to 5-Year-Olds Educator’s Guide ($200).

SEEDS of Learning Trainer Certification Course
(January 2026)

The SEEDS of Learning for 3- to 5-Year-Olds Trainer Course balances self-paced instructional modules with periodic synchronous meetings. Upon completion of this course, learners will be awarded a course badge and will be certified to facilitate select sessions to build capacity for sustaining SEEDS implementations organization-wide. Certified trainers will have access to curated digital resources and the online trainer community.

The SEEDS of Learning for 3- to 5-Year-Olds Trainer Certification is valid for two years starting on the date of course completion. Additional fees and coursework are required to renew this certification every two years.

Course prerequisite: SEEDS of Learning for 3- to 5-Year-Olds Certified Educator badge and signed certification agreement. 

The cost of this course is $2,500 per educator.
Certification is valid for two years. Course for certification renewal: $200 per educator.
