Kim Peterz-Dent

Kim Peterz-Dent is an Education Consultant with Center for the Collaborative Classroom. She has worked for eighteen years in the field of education as a Pre–K through 3rd grade teacher, reading specialist, college instructor, adult learning facilitator, and educational writer in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Kim received her BA in Journalism from Roosevelt University, an MA in Early Childhood Education from Governors State University, and an Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in Reading and Language from National Louis University. Kim is also endorsed as a Reading Specialist and to teach English as a Second Language (K–12).
