Sandra Welander McCartney joined Collaborative Classroom in 2014. She began her 25+ years in education as an elementary teacher, and has also worked as a reading specialist and a Reading Recovery™ teacher.

Sandra believes in a participatory approach to educational consulting. She is dedicated to driving positive change and nurturing a love for learning and curiosity. She passionately supports districts in navigating their curriculum review while aligning sustainable implementation and professional learning development.
