Jess Crawford, M.Ed., brings more than 20 years of K-12 experience as an award-winning educator and program leader. Bilingual in English and Spanish, her work has long centered on the belief that relationships, communication, and cultural understanding are foundational to both academic growth and healthy development.

In her classroom and leadership roles, she emphasized interpersonal skill-building—teaching students to listen, collaborate, and appreciate diverse perspectives—because meaningful learning happens within strong, connected communities. Her background includes leading dual-language programs, facilitating educator learning, and supporting schools through district partnerships and EdTech implementation. Recognized with multiple honors, including Teacher of the Year, Teacher of Distinction, and being named a Colorado Teacher of the Year nominee, Jessica partners with educators and leaders to strengthen practice, foster motivation and engagement, and inspire educators to grow in ways that expand opportunities and outcomes for their students.
