Pam Wyatt

Manager of Educational Partnerships

Central and Southern California

Pam Wyatt brings a strong foundation in pedagogical practices, early childhood education, and English Learner Development. She first discovered her passion for teaching while working as a substitute teacher—an experience that inspired her to pursue her teaching credential and commit fully to the classroom.

Driven by a desire to deepen her impact, Pam earned her Master’s degree in Education with a focus on early literacy and multilingual learners. Her graduate fieldwork examined the overrepresentation of specific student subgroups in tiered support systems, exploring both the contributing factors and practical solutions to address these disparities.

Pam is deeply committed to ensuring educators have access to meaningful, high-quality instructional supports that empower both teachers and students to thrive. She believes strong educational systems are rooted in collaboration and that investing in teachers ultimately strengthens schools, families, and the broader community.

Outside of her professional work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, walking her two dogs, rescuing and refurbishing discarded furniture, and cooking and entertaining with friends.
