Dr. Henderson serves as a Manager of Educational Partnerships with the Southeast Regional Team.  As a Memphis native and former educator of over 23 years, she has experience working as a master teacher, district literacy improvement coach, a school principal, and an Ed Reports reviewer.  

Dr. Henderson received her education from LeMoyne-Owen College and Union University. Her love of literacy is contagious and so is her passion for social justice. She currently belongs to a number of organizations including the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance (TECA), the National Associat
